Position
The first section of each session focuses on teaching how to correct postural positions. Session 1 - standing and sitting Session 2 - bending and lifting Session 3 - walking, breathing and sleeping. Session 4 - push, pull and overhead press. |
Exercise

Mobilization
The majority of each session will be spent giving detailed instruction on how to self-treat using a foam roll and a therapy ball to break up the stiffness in each muscle of your body, from head to toe. Session 1 - mid back and lower back Session 2 - legs Session 3 - neck and core Session 4 - arms |
